This position is responsible for increasing sales volume and market share utilizing all methods of distribution of Feed and associated products to end user in a targeted market area. Leads field technical and product training of Sales Team, Dealers & Coops, and local hire sales staff within designated areas. Assist sales team knowledge and application of on-farm management tools and software needed to serve producers in designated areas. Includes Ration Balancing Software, Production Management Software, and Proofs collection and analysis.
Required (Basic) Experience & Education:
Requires a PhD in a related field. Must be able to travel daily in assigned geography and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Required Competencies & Other Skills:
