We are seeking candidates for a full-time Receptionist position in the Leawood, Kansas corporate office. The primary responsibilities of the Receptionist are to greet all clients and guests both in-person and via telephone, sort and direct incoming communication, maintain the atmosphere, organization and orderliness of all common areas of the office and assist with various ad hoc projects and support where needed.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Set up, organize, stock and shut down all common areas of the office including conference rooms, waiting rooms, and kitchens/break rooms
  • Receive, sort and forward all incoming calls, facsimiles, USPS mail and overnight shipments to in-office recipients and remote office locations
  • Monitor office and printing supplies, order as needed
  • Monitor and order drinks and drink supplies
  • Greet in-person clients and guests
  • Book conference rooms as requested
  • Create shipping labels, schedule courier services, and provide copy support as requested by various individuals of the organization
  • Assist in printing and binding presentation books and materials
  • Regular scan and fax operations
  • Assist in event planning activities
  • Set up workstations for all new associates
  • Providing support as needed to various business leaders
  • Act as liaison with Property Manager or other various vendors for the maintenance and repair of building space and company equipment
  • Communicate company-wide announcements on related responsibilities as requested
Required Skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Required Experience
  • 1+ years experience working in a similar role within a professional environment
