Subsidiary/Acquisition Operations Manager
In this senior Individual contributor role you will be responsible for managing Business Operation related synergies across the Intel group of companies (McAfee, Wind River, Havok, etc.). The role will require close coordination and collaboration with and through the respective subsidiary program offices, as well as business executives up to CEO and board level individuals both internally to Intel and externally across all subsidiary companies. In this role you will also be responsible for facilitating SSG's acquisition strategy from an operational perspective supporting a group of cross organizational stakeholders to ensure the operational elements of an acquisition and integration are in place.
Primary sustaining responsibilities will include partnering with existing subsidiary program offices to establish and coordinate of a core set of operating principles to include (but not limited to); establishing operational excellence for cross company activities, setting standards for operational quality, establishing infrastructure to enable repeatable and scalable subsidiary program office, cultivating learning from and proliferating across companies.
You will also play a role at the deal stage in a consultative capacity in helping define operational transition strategies, assessing operational health and stability, effective transition and coordination through deal phases, while following through on the implementation of the deal agreements while maximizing the intended value derived from the deal.
The individual will have demonstrated core competencies around a broad range of Business Operations and Program Management, be highly skilled in collaboration, and communication at the executive level, and possess a proven ability to build and manage strong business relationships. The individual will be skilled in navigating complex and ambiguous problem solving and be a critical strategic thinker.
You should possess a minimum of a BS/BA degree; Master's degree in Business Administration or other graduate degree with equivalent years of experience is strongly preferred.

- Experienced in aquisition strategy and operational integration
- Experience in project/program management and in positions of leadership
- Experience and content knowledge in processes and work planning
- Demonstrated software business acumen
