Perform sales and service functions to confirm reservations and satisfy customer travel needs, resulting in meeting or exceeding company goals. Achieve and maintain required goals for Gross Room Nights Per Call (GRNPC), Alliance Transfer Program, Schedule Adherence, Attendance and professionalism, as outlined in the agent performance appraisal and scorecard. This is an evening position.
