General cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, classrooms, and offices; maintain equipment, make minor repairs where possible and complete repair requests as needed; sweep/dust mop/wet mop floors, steps and landings; move furniture, equipment and packages for set-ups, periodic cleaning and relocating purposes, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Must be able to lift up to 50-60 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, do repetitive motion, reach and climb ladders. Must be able to work with hands and arms above shoulder level; requires considerable movement of the arms, twisting and bending of the back. Ability to be on your feet to perform essential job functions for an 8 hour shift. Some positions may require a valid driver's license and the certification to drive a state vehicle.
