Provide leadership and guidance to the global HR Business Solutions team
Responsible in assisting to maintain the multilingual and global integrity of SAP HR system configuration.
Manage data and business process integrity and support end-user decision- making.
Assist in keeping SAP HR systems up to date including latest support stacks and EHP’s.
Ensure SAP operates at the optimal level and efficiency
Maintain and foster collaborative efforts with all integrated business functions and the Business Solutions team to identify, establish, and share best practices
Provide technical expertise and support of the SAP HR system to identify, develop and implement business work process improvements and new business acquisitions.
Assist in identifying , designing and implementing changes or functionality enhancements to the SAP system.
Develop, evaluate and maintain appropriate process and procedure documentation, and KPI’s to support business and system improvements.
Plan, develop and deliver multilingual training and support for end-users globally in the SAP system.
Evaluate and maintain global security profiles/transactions ensuring alignment with supporting global workflow.
Pursue defined ‘major focus projects’ supporting global business objectives.
Ensure that SAP roles comply with internal & external auditing requirements.
Manage project priorities to ensure business objectives are met.
Interface with SAP Business Solutions and Functional COE’s to find solutions to defined problems.
Promote and audit the implementation of global workflow and use of SAP to analyse and target reliability improvements.
Conduct random ‘data audits’ to identify poor quality data. Data quality issues are then regional management responsibility.
Adoption and completion of standard documentation processes i.e. business requirement documentation.
Maintain and foster collaborative efforts with respective business counterparts (through centres of excellence) and the IT/Business Solutions team to identify, establish and share best practices.

Degree qualified and/or significant business experience.
Either previous consulting experience with at least 1(one) full life-cycle implementation experience or extensive 5 years business experience within a SAP enabled organization.
Prefer experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 5 years SAP HR experience in all aspects of the HR module..
Relevant technical training/certification a plus. (Preferred)
Either previous consulting experience with at least 3 (three) full life-cycle implementation experience and/or SAP HR upgrade project experience and/or design, configuration, and implementation skills obtained as a part of a Functional HR or IT group.
Experience in Time Module along with ESS and MSS implementation/configuration experience is highly desirable.
SAP version 6.0 HR module experience.
6 years ERP system background experience.
Knowledge of generic HR business processes.
SAP HR module training.
Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Project, SAP).
SAP HR Training courses.
Willingness to travel if required.
Experience in a commercial environment.
Extensive 5 – 8 years business experience within a SAP enabled organization.
Functional HR experience is a must .
