Lodge Lead Food Service Supervisor
Serves as the lead cook guiding the supervision and training of all food service cooks and dietary aides. Oversees inventory control, menu plans, preparation of meals, and kitchen cleanliness. Food service background with health care experience preferred. This position requires good communication skills and the ability to work well with other individuals.
