Excellent Oral and written communication skills

Familiarity with Department of Defense programs, nomenclature, rank, and protocol.
­Additional computer skills such as graphics and database management. Specific Job Description Candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities of high visibility office 300 M. St Washington DC supporting MS2, GTL and Department of Defense (DoD) programs. Duties include coordination of daily activities and planning for the office with close consultation with site manager; Overseeing visitor protocol including special needs etc. for visiting executives and VIPs; Act as primary POC for facility matters such as parking, cleaning, maintenance, IT, telephones, postage, access control, etc.; Coordinate conference room scheduling, setup, outfitting, catering, including VTC set up, etc.; Purchase office supplies, equipment, reconcile office purchasing card; interface with vendors for coffee supplies, etc.; Provide clerical support including presentations, graphics, spreadsheets, balance sheets, letters, memos, etc.; Support facility DoD security requirements including providing support to Facility Security Officer, coordinating visitor control, incoming and outgoing visit requests and classified shipments, maintaining records and files. Occasional overtime might be required. Standard Job Description Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures. Security Clearance None Typical Minimums High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks and 3 Years of experience.
