Scheduling Coordinator - Home Care

As a Scheduling Coordinator - Home Care you will be responsible for scheduling staff members for Good Samaritan Home Health agencies.

Additional responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator - Home Care include:
• Maintains master schedule for agency.
• Completes schedule for agency and incorporates employees personal needs and requests when possible.
• Distributes schedule to caregivers as requested or based on agency process.
• Documents attendance and compliance.
• Produces reports as needed/requested.


Scheduling Coordinator - Home Care
To qualify for the Scheduling Coordinator - Home Care, you must have effective communication skills and be able to work with individuals of all ages.

Additional requirements of the Scheduling Coordinator - Home Care include:
• Must be self-motivated, extremely organized and have good planning, and computer abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a favorable motor vehicle record (MVR) and must present a valid drivers license and proof of insurance before operating a vehicle.
• Minimum of one year background in working with older adults or Home Health care is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulation is highly desired.


Part Time Intake position for busy Home Care Office in Longmont.
Must be very comfortable on the phone talking to Discharge Planners, referral sources, and staff.

Must have knowledge and experience with Home Care guidelines and different insurance payors.

Willing to cover after hours calls during the week and on weekends when needed.
