Customer Service Representative

LPi is a top rated growing national publisher is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Cleveland, OH regional office. The position is the liaison for our Graphic Designers, the customer, and the Sales Department to ensure the satisfaction of the advertising customer.
Essential Duties: Coordinates with Graphic Designers to get new ad work and changes completed within required timeframe. Performs basic changes to ads. Sends proofs to customers. Provides customer service to advertising customers by acting as the ad liaison for LPi once they have entered into a contract. Follow up with Sales if artwork provided for new contracts is unusable. Provides sales support by answering questions about process or specific accounts, providing information, deadlines, and samples of ads. Processes incoming ad contracts received from Data Entry.
Skills/Experience Requirements: InDesign, Photoshop, Excel and Word experience preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience a must Strong communication, organizational skills, and close attention to detail. Above average judgment and decision-making skills. Strong ability to function in a team setting with ability to relate to various levels of people. Able to work independently, with some direction, and manage time effectively to meet personal goals and LPi timelines.
