The Program Director- ACO Implementations will be responsible for the development implementation of ACO/IDN programs. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Directs the development, planning, and implementation of enterprise ACO capabilities and processes. Develops ACO contract template and program description. Partners with local market team to manage the implementation of ACOs. Establishes program governance when needed to assure response to issue escalation.
Provides subject matter expertise in response to day to day business issues; researches applicable subject matter practices; and remains aware of industry trends. Manages external client facing relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas. Develops communication documents and training criteria related to external client facing program success measures. Develops documentation to support meeting presentations and the tracking and reporting of the program’s success. Provides leadership to program managers and project managers.

Requires a BA/BS degree; 10 + years of experience in external client facing program management, project management; complex business processes, strategic and business planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA preferred. Project management certification (PMP) preferred. Experience with Integrated Delivery Systems and/or patient-centered care models (PCMH, ACO, etc.) required. Demonstrated leadership, planning and organization skills to ensure development and maintenance of relationships across the enterprise required. Understanding of complex business processes required. Project management experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint required. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Experience with reimbursement arrangements and physician relationship experience a plus.
