Fast paced company is looking for an administrator. Administrator’s role is to manage an expanding company. This is a business position with great opportunity to growth. This position offers excellent pay and benefits.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accounting: Be very familiar with QuickBooks and accounting principles. Book keeping. Keeping track of accounts payable and collect for accounts receivables
- Finance: Prepare monthly financials reports. Manage accounts.
- Marketing: Oversee the marketing department. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of websites.
IT: Make sure PCs, routers and servers are working properly.
- Administrative: day to day administrative tasks
- Operations: Hiring and management of staff. Manage employee benefits. Make sure companies are in compliance
