As part of the Group Commerce Merchant Sales team, you’ll be representing our prestigious publisher clientele in the marketplace, seeking the right merchants and offers for their audience, and thereby delivering a more qualified customer to the merchant.

Develop and cultivate leads for Group Commerce Offers using a variety of online and offline sources
Develop and maintain relationships with local merchants
Assess potential business deals, negotiate favorable terms and acquire prospective commitment
Communicate the value proposition to merchants and generate compelling offers from qualified prospects
Meet individual quarterly and annual sales goals
Communicate ongoing contact and sales activities utilizing Salesforce.com
Maintain a stellar attitude and team atmosphere
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required. Online advertising, direct marketing, local advertising or pharmaceutical sales are a plus
Experience canvassing and cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of consistent and current success
Must love the idea of working for a high-energy startup
Demonstrate top-notch communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels
