Intel Corporate Marketing Group
The Marketing Excellence program provides a unique marketing opportunity for MBA interns and fulltime hires by giving Intel's newest marketers unmatched access to the Corporate Marketing Group (CMG).
-In contrast to a traditional fixed-interval rotation program, participants of the Marketing Excellence Program will work on campaign-based projects working on projects in various marketing competencies, including- Insights & Research, Marketing Campaign Strategy, Creative Services, Digital Marketing, Retail, Channel Marketing, Brand Management, & Partner Marketing
-Projects will vary in length, involvement, campaign focus, and will likely overlap. Ultimately full-time hires (and to a lesser extent interns) will be given the autonomy to identify areas of need and launch the projects they execute.
-The expectation is that after 18-24 months the participants will have created a new role or transition into an existing position that fit their interest/skill sets with a unique understanding of the multi-faceted approach used by Intel to bring a campaign to market.
Who are we looking for?
This is a non-technical role. If you own a smart phone, you're probably technical enough; excitement/passion for technology is a must.
Preference for individuals with marketing, consulting, or entrepreneurial backgrounds; however we're always looking for someone with a good story.
Expertise in social media, market research, web marketing/creation, traditional marketing, media buying, guerilla marketing, strategy, and being awesome are all pluses.
Actively enrolled in an MBA program from a Top 20-School
-Creative- help us identify new ways to solve old problems
-Independent/Cooperative- must be able to work on your own, while playing nice with others
-Comfortable without structure- much of the way you approach a solution will be left up to you
-Social- will be expected to have a lot of meetings, one-on-ones and network purposefully
-Organized- time management will be a major contributing factor to success
