The Human Resources Assistant position is located in Kokomo, Howard County, Indiana
Reporting to the Human Resource Director, the Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial and clerical services to either professional employees or managerial employees in the Human Resources Department; Such duties may include, but are not limited , scheduling, handling telephone calls, preparing correspondence, maintain office records, and receiving and directing visitors.
Two years of office or secretarial experience required, preferably in a hospital or Human Resources setting; Working knowledge of business office machines, Word, and Excel is required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
