Description

Performs highly complex Construction Perm work for a manager, and the department. Supports construction perm efforts with a wide variety of tasks requiring knowledge data input, email management, filing and tracking files. Provides support to underwriters on a daily basis. Performs work that is intellectual and varied in nature usually dealing with highly sensitive financial and personal information. Devotes no more than 20% of time to standard clerical work. Performs departmental duties of a very sensitive and specialized nature; typically one or more specific responsibilities for the department or manager are delegated to this individual as primary duties. For example, may compile and distribute all reporting and/or budgeting for the department, may manage department-wide projects, including research and assembly of non-standardized reports with analysis. Can make recommendations to management based on findings. May be the designated person that responds to all internal or external customer complaints or requests. Resolves problems with the ability to make decisions on own authority under standard operating guidelines.

Qualifications

Department Specialist 1:
Minimum Requirements:
5 years progressively more responsible administrative experience with strong capability in one or more specialized areas such as complex report compilation or high-end customer service. Professional communication and presentation skills. Intermediate skills in Excel, Project Management, PowerPoint or other department systems.

Preferred:
7 years progressively more responsible administrative experience. 3 years administrative experience in a large corporation.

Minimum Requirements: 10 years progressively more responsible administrative experience with strong capability in one or more specialized areas such as complex report compilation or high-end customer service. Professional communication and presentation skills. Intermediate skills in Excel, Project Management, PowerPoint or other department systems. Preferred: 12 years progressively advanced administrative experience. 8 years administrative experience in a large corporation.

Department Specialist 2

Minimum Requirements:
7 years progressively more responsible administrative experience with strong capability in one or more specialized areas such as complex report compilation or high-end customer service.

Professional communication and presentation skills. Intermediate skills in Excel, Project Management, PowerPoint or other department systems.

Preferred:
10 years progressively advanced administrative experience. 5 years administrative experience in a large corporation.

Department Specialist 3

Minimum Requirements:
10
