The Regional Director/Manager is primarily responsible for leading regional selling activities to achieve customer satisfaction in all phases of the sales process.
BS/BA Marketing or Business degree or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of sales and sales management experience to include at least 3 years of regional management experience. Strong industry experience with a proven track record of leadership, people development and market growth.;Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, present company products, position, and objectives to associates, management, customers, dealers and professional organizations. Must be able to manage and interpret financial numbers and make sound decisions that relate to profitability. Requires administrative knowledge in the areas of finance, contracts and human resources. Must have the ability to travel at least 30 percent of the time.
