I. Position purpose / scope:|
This position is responsible for supervising the functions and activities of the Player?s Club operations. Duties will include:
? Provide management data regarding new membership and maintain accurate records of existing members
? Hire, train, schedule, supervise, discipline and evaluate Club employees
? Schedule staff for events and promotions as needed
? Correspond with guests regarding inquiries and complaints
? Review slot club needs and concerns with supervisors and make recommendations for action to the Manager of Marketing
II. Functions and responsibilities:Essential:
o Ability to evaluate guest?s information to determine if qualification criteria have been met with various casino promotions.
o Evaluate and determine qualification criteria for ticket distribution for casino events and entertainment.
o Must make monthly cash mailer evaluations to determine level of mailer guest will receive.
o Input information from guests application into CDS system
o Issue cards and explain program to all new members
o Promote new club membership on the casino floor
o Facilitate paperwork for guest point dispute, name change, merge/delete accounts, win/loss statements
o Assist casino marketing in events and promotions
o Generate cash vouchers & prize redemption vouchers
o Assist hosts with guest inquiries and keep hosts well informed of monthly promotions.
o Keep booth in a neat and orderly appearance
o Provide comprehensive Event & Promotion information to guests
o Count and record booth inventory on opening and closing shifts
o Work in a professional manner and capacity as a team member
o Provide effective communication with supervisors regarding guest complaints
o Verify all redemption to Club Audit report and booth redemption log
o Train new Club Attendants. Act as liaison between Club Manager and Club Attendants.
o Maintain all forms, supplies and logs kept in Club booth. Expedite account balance adjustments up to and including 1,500 points.
o Responsible for departmental disciplinary actions, in conjunction with the club manager, up to and including terminations based on infractions against company/ department policies and procedures.
o Read Club log-book daily and update.
o Have knowledge of casino Players Club Program
o Knowledge of handbook rules, policies and procedures
o Maintain schedule for staff, events and promos
o Process payroll
III. Knowledge and skill requirements:Essential:
o Maintain outgoing and enthusiastic personality to articulate programs to guests
o Demonstrate proficiency in operation of personal computer equipment
o Be able to read, analyze and interpret computer screens and player tracking
o Ability to effectively present information clearly and describe casino programs and promotions to guests
o Proficiency in basic mathematical skills
o High school graduate or general education degree
o Must possess excellent English communication skills
o Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form
