Help our company be a leader in the APM industry by acting as the Customer Relations Manager who supports our Customer Success and Operations team. This person will maintain the customer database; forward daily action summaries and reports; place outbound calls to our customer database, and follow‐up with clients while tracking conversion ratio.

Essential Job Functions:
Make outbound calls and correspondences to customers to ensure their successful implementation and satisfaction with our product

Send out new customer welcome packets

Following up on leads, build long term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with potential and new customers

Communicate with sales and other teams with relevant information provided by the customer

Manage and maintain call and correspondence logs and reports

Perform other activities as assigned by Management Team

Answer incoming phone calls

Job Requirements:
Great communication skills, ability to establish a relationship quickly and professionally

Knowledge of sales techniques, cold calling, software industry, and networking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional demeanor and must maintain a courteous communication manner

Ability to pay close attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service skills and a desire to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Proficient PC skills with knowledge of various software applications used in a business environment (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook, Database skills, Adobe Acrobat Internet skills.)
