Assistant / Associate Professor Division of Gastroenterology

The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in the Department of Medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center is recruiting academic faculty members with defined interests in general gastroenterology and perhaps with more specific interests in motility, nutrition, women’s health or IBD. The Division enjoys a large, robust regional referral practice in gastroenterology subspecialties, with investments in industry-leading endoscopic technology and excellent facilities, support and infrastructure. There is a strong medical center commitment to continued growth and expansion. This represents an excellent opportunity to share in a rapidly growing academic practice at two locations URMC / Strong Memorial Hospital and our new, offsite, state-of-the-art ambulatory endoscopy center. Candidates should have a strong commitment to patient care and teaching.

Academic rank and salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. The positions offer competitive compensation at or above the 90th percentile for academic institutions.
