Summary: Provide spiritual leadership for the medical center in the areas of pastoral care, ethics, and bereavement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Master's degree with major coursework in theology and counseling. 4 Units of CPE or equivalent clinical training in a counseling discipline.
Ability to work in interfaith, multicultural environment, excellent written/oral communication skills. Strong Interpersonal relationship skills; mature judgment; good boundaries; team player. One year professional chaplaincy experience preferred. Ordination and/or Endorsement, as appropriate to candidate's faith group.
Chaplaincy board certification (or in process) or state licensure in a counseling discipline. *** Spanish fluency preferred
