POSITION PURPOSE -
The Sr. Analyst CRM, Unica Campaign Management will be responsible for managing data using Teradata and Unica to support campaign planning and management as the Home Depot builds its CRM Campaign Management team. The position requires a Unica Campaign Programmer/ Sr. Analyst who is highly proficient in Unica Software. The candidate will participate in all aspects of The Home Depot's Campaign Management and will serve a key role in leading the outbound direct marketing function for the team including handling selections, campaign delivery, and post campaign analysis. The role includes acting as a liaison with high level internal clients and agency of record.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -
20% Provide marketing support, including set-up of campaigns in Unica
30% Design, test and execute campaigns using product- and activity-based purchase triggers, segment and personalization rules to support business goals
30% Support marketing partners with all operational aspects of customer campaign execution including development of targeting briefs; set-up of list counts, queries, selection and creation; data preparation, transfer and quality check; and set-up of control groups
20% Support organizational learning around drivers of response, incremental spend, and customer lifetime value
NATURE AND SCOPE -
Position reports to the Sr. Manager or Manager, Customer Relationship Management
No associates report to this role on a permanent basis, but requires the technical leadership of a project work team: may select team members and assess capabilities, provide technical training, provide information necessary to meet work, project or program objectives, evaluate program or project performance.

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Previous retail experience strongly preferred
Previous CRM experience strongly preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate analytical information in clear, concise presentations
Experienced in CRM execution and management, preferably in a retail context
Experienced in the application of segmentation and predictive modeling
Strong analytical skills
Highly skilled in utilizing Unica and other CRM software
Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Access
