With the opportunity to work on an as needed basis in a variety of locations. This position is the perfect fit for the individual looking to work on a casual basis and keep their skills current while experiencing variety floating to several different clinic sites.
Performing a variety of radiologic procedures.
Processing film and identifying radiographs.
Obtaining all pertinent patient information prior to exams and discharging patient and providing patient with instructions if necessary.
Completing patient charting.
Maintaining radiologic equipment and inventories.
Performing equipment quality assurance tests as directed, reporting any malfunctions to manager. General Qualifications
Associate's Degree Radiologic Technology.
Radiographer license issued by the state of Wisconsin. AND Registered Technologist (RT) registration issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Competent in radiology positioning and techniques.
Knowledge of radiation safety, anatomy and radiology equipment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient service skills to work effectively with physicians, patients and other
Ability to work independently.
Intermediate computer skills.
