Trinity Services Group is an industry pioneer in the management and delivery of customized food, commissary, laundry and vending services to correctional facilities on a national level. We are currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to work at our corporate office located in Oldsmar, FL.
The Help Desk Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining PC equipment. This position also provides support for a wide variety of software applications and completes requests for new service in a dynamic, high-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions
Provide technical support for e-mail, network, connectivity, telecommunications, peripheral equipment and set up computers and install software
Diagnose problems, train users and provide face-to-face and remote desktop computing support to end users
Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine computer user problems, referring more complex problems to supervisor or technical staff
Applies knowledge of applications, software, hardware, and networks in troubleshooting user issues
Skill Requirements

Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently
Education/Experience
Bachelor or Associate degree, or equivalent work experience
At least three (3) years’ work experience as a Help Desk Technician
Prior helpdesk/service desk experience supporting business applications required
Demonstrated ability to write efficiently with clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Knowledgeable in use of Microsoft Office products , Windows 7 and Outlook w/Exchange
