Centra Specialty Hospital RN Case Manager The Centra Specialty Hospital (CSH) Case Manager RN facilitates timely coordination of quality healthcare services to meet the individual patient's specific healthcare needs in a cost-effective manner. The Case Manager is responsible for formulating appropriate admission and discharge plans. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, be detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Must have five years experience in acute care nursing. BSN required. Must hold an active and current license as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or hold a multistate licensure.
