As Retail Program Manager, you will lead multi-regional, cross-functional teams to achieve desired results within budget, at desired cost levels, to specified quality and functionality requirements, and within the overall program schedule. You will also manage and support the development of organizational processes to improve program execution speed and effectiveness, including analyzing and supporting correction of systemic and/or organizational gaps.
Manage New Product (NPD) and New Technology (NTD) programs and ensure programs objectives are met on cost, on time, and with required quality and functionality. Key Job functions include:
Leading global cross functional teams to meet project objectives
Facilitating/Leading program plan, schedule and charter development
Managing global team meetings using PMI or equivalent control meeting process
Following Climate Solution’s Phase-Gate Process
Build cross-functional ownership of NPD so it is recognized as a business process for the Retail business; Assess programs cross-functional resource requirements and proactively engage sponsors and functional leaders to fill resource gaps on a timely basis to insure project success
Present NPD/NTD Programs at monthly Executive and Regional Program Review meetings; Manage expectations of management through early disclosure of risks/issues; Engage program sponsors proactively for their support
Assess Retail NPD/NTD Program deliverables, risks and timing; Use critical path management methodologies to manage Schedule, Scope and Resource requirements; Manage Program team’s and Global Platform team’s deliverables using critical path management methodologies

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field, or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent technical experience is required; Masters Degree and PMI certification preferred
A minimum of 5-10 years in a diversified industrial company
Experience working in two or more functional areas; Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Finance and/or Operations
Must have Microsoft Project Expertise
Experience running large complex cross functional projects is required
Global project management experience a plus
