Memory DFX Engineer
Job Description: Intel Custom Foundry Group is Intel's exciting new venture into collaborating with Industry hardware leaders and bringing their products onto Intel's leading edge process technology. We are located in Intel's largest design center in the world in Hillsboro, The ASIC Design & Integration team, within Intel Custom Foundry, is looking for talented individuals who wish to be a part of this experience of developing the Industry's next generation ASIC products.
In this position you will be responsible for defining design-for-testability (DFT) specification for Memory IP's, verifying related DFT collaterals, implementing DFT in test chips to enable full characterization of memory IP's, assisting silicon data collection, and addressing questions/requests from ICF customers.
Must have an MS or Ph.D. in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on experience with Memory IP development and/or applications. Additional qualifications include
Hands-on experience with commercial Memory BIST and ATPG tools.
Hands-on experience in RTL coding, testbench writing, and DFT logic insertion/verification.
Working knowledge in memory IP development and applications.
Good understanding of ATE and memory test methods.
Excellent communication skills.
