I am looking for an experienced nanny with a flexible schedule to care for two boys, 1 y.o. and 4 y.o. As a freelancer my schedule can be a little erratic. I am willing to work out a minimum hours per week arrangement if that's helpful and can start with a set part-time schedule, just need someone who has the ability to add extra hours or days in weeks where I need it.
