The REO Title Curative Specialist in our Atlanta office will be responsible for drafting legal documents, filing title claims, direct communication with Title Companies and Attorneys as well as daily monitoring of files and updates for our clients.
Daily tasks will require research and problem solving skills.
The specialist will be working closely with in-house Attorneys as well as outside counsel, title companies and clients on a daily basis.
This individual must be organized and able to work independently.
The individual must have strong communication skills and an understanding of Title Examinations as they relate to Foreclosure.
Must have knowledge of the Georgia Foreclosure and Georgia Title Resolution process.
Must be proficient in software tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
Must be extremely organized and be able to multi-task
High School Diploma required
Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
Two or more years of work experience in the Foreclosure process
REO Curative experience is preferred
Knowledge of Georgia Title Standards is preferred
Any past experience with Georgia Title Examinations is preferred
Proven track record of dependability and punctuality required
