Associate Service Operations Specialist - Accounts Receivable
GENERAL SUMMARY
This position will manage the cash receivables from member and group premiums. In this role you will have the opportunity to manage the cash posting and refund process, and to research and reconcile payment discrepancies. You will also have the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer concerns.
