The Retail Pharmacist is responsible for pharmacy operations specific to their locations. This includes the continuing the development and implementation of policies; procedures; quality and safety standards for new and existing services; determining and deploying resources and performing the duties of the pharmacist. Compound and dispense prescribed pharmaceuticals. Works closely with management to ensure patients needs are consistently met within regulatory and professional standards. May also assist with departmental operations; overseeing team members and process improvement.
