iCIMS, an innovative provider of an employee and talent management system (SaaS model) is seeking to add to its Professional Services – Integrations Services Group to serve its growing client base of middle-market companies.
Professional Services’ mission is to provide value added services that drive adoption and successful consumption of the iCIMS platform by our users to increase retention and satisfaction of our customers.
The Professional Services - Integrations Services Group has in-depth knowledge of the on-demand application and drives the success of clients’ integration efforts, ensuring efficient configuration of the system and connection to external systems. The team will build strong customer relationships through a consistent and determined commitment to client satisfaction. They will interact with client-assigned project teams including managers of Human Resources and operations. The Project Specialist will help to define business processes, manage implementation projects, train users, facilitate change management within client organizations and provide technical implementation consulting.
Assist with the development and management of project scope, issues and escalations while continually setting client expectations
Provides project planning, management, and status reporting internally
Follows iCIMS implementation methodology and best practices
Conducts analysis of client requirements
Works with client to configure systems and coordinate training
Manages data conversion process, data validation, and system testing
Projects will focus around Data Integrations and Migrations as well as specialized consultative and best practice strategies
Supports client during initial live period and transition to the Client Relationship and Support departments
Responsible for the overall success of the project and satisfaction of the client
Some travel to client locations and/or Corporate office may be required
1 – 3 years experience implementing software products and services.
Experience with products that support Talent management and employee management for Recruiters, Human Resources, and Payroll functions of the small to mid-size market a plus.
Experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
Comfortable working with clients to research business processes, diagnose and resolve on-demand (web-based) software issues
Experience or proven ability to conduct training on software products
Demonstrated ability to manage projects in an unstructured environment
Ability to work under pressures of time constraint
Experience with data manipulation or database maintenance and software such as SQL Server, MS Excel and Access
Knowledge of web service technology and familiarity with API messaging and standards
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills along with the ability to react quickly to changing requirements due to product limitation or driven by enterprise need
Working knowledge of XML and JSON
Bachelor’s degree in technology or business
Human Resource and Project Management experience a plus
PMP or PHR certification a strong plus
