High school diploma required. A 2 or 4 yr degree is desirable. 3 years of work experience.
Basic knowledge of contract licensing terms and sales tax requirements is very helpful
Good working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with accounting systems.
Prior experience with order entry and contract processing very important. Prior experience with SAP will be very helpful. Needs to be able to review contracts and order forms and determine what is needed to process the contract. Needs good interpersonal skills as this position interacts with the sales dept, the legal dept, the shipping dept and other groups within the company. Must be able to work overtime hours at quarter end closing dates to handle higher volumes of orders.
Process license and maintenance contracts, including the annual renewal of maintenance contracts for all product lines thru the SAP system.
Enter and bill customer license and maintenance contracts thru the SAP accounting system.
Enter and bill renewal of annual maintenance contracts thru the SAP accounting system.
Interface with multiple departments and/or customers to address questions on current and historical contracts.
