Attending all Sales & Marketing events.
Follow up on Tele-marketing, www, incoming email, and phone queries.
Handle Incoming RFP/RFI
Conduct initial visit, SOP preparation, identify objections.
Coordinate secondary/detailed product review, i.e. address objections and identify required third party hardware/software/services
Create application software and hardware proposals.
Follow-up on proposal and insure objections have been addressed.
Coordinate creation of new Client and establishment of support team.
Prepare Authorizations to Purchase and Purchase Orders for third party hardware/software/services.
Present and coordinate third party leasing alternatives.
Insure all third party relationships and orders are optimally priced, with appropriate discounts, and delivered in an expected timeframe.
Coordinate Smooth Start services.
Monitor the early stages of new client relationship to insure orderly transition.
Insure smooth transition and installation of third party hardware/software/service.
Assist in development and maintenance of marketing collateral, i.e., Brochures, Fact Sheet, Tri-folds, Video Presentations
Assist in development and maintenance of marketing forms, templates, surveys, software agreements, licenses, etc.
Assist in Creation of media advertising content
Trade show booth, i.e. Insure relevancy of information, graphics and messages, Insure working efficiency of all equipment (CD player, projector, technical connectivity, lights, etc. Set up and dismantle booth and logistical equipment at show.
Participation in establishing Marketing Budget.
Represent N2N at industry and third party events
Create relationships with agencies, trade organizations, consultants, and business partners
Become IBM technical sales certified for System (i) within 90 days of employment
Assist with IBM and IBM Distributor, AVNET, relationship
Procure technical and sales knowledge to re-market IBM
Assist with renewals of IBM Global services contracts for clients: Hardware and software maintenance
Assist with IBM Global Financing Contracts for clients
Acquire knowledge and skill sets on IBM Global services and relevancy to prospects and clients
i. Disaster Recover/High Availability
ii. IP Telephony
iii. Hosting and hardware partition management services
Assist with creation of IBM
Create business relationships that can be leveraged with N2N Global solutions, i.e. software solutions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing, or equivalent is required.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Professionalism, appearance and commitment.
Thorough understanding of the Agribusiness industry.
Knowledge of all N2N applications.
Must be able to travel and a current passport is required at all times.
