Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinates, reviews, monitors, and evaluates operational support services of all facilities. Develops and implements procedures relevant to facilities management operations. Directs the bidding renewal of all annual service contracts for both leased and owned office space. Plans, schedules, and implements facility maintenance activities. Supervises staff of two. Reviews CARF, Federal, State, and/or other regulatory agency information for assigned area to direct quality improvement activities.
Minimum Training & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of facilities management experience Or Four years of experience in facilities or property management Or One year at the lower level or equivalent position (FEM020)

Bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering or business) and two years of facilities management experience
Four years of experience in facilities or property management

Two years of recent supervisory experience in facility or property management.
The ability to prioritize competing, coinciding projects, tasks, and deadlines.
Work experience providing facility maintenance services to a multi-location organization.
Experience making independent decisions in the best interest of an organization.
Experience providing reports on work and financial progress.
Experience training, directing, and motivating staff to carry out tasks without direct supervision.
Experience organizing a program of proactive, preventative maintenance.
Experience managing rent and other contractual relationships related to organizational facilities.
Experience managing zoning issues and building regulations for multiple counties.
Experience performing facilities maintenance for health care or mental health care facilities.
