Mechanical Engineer: Responsible for the design, development and testing of new diverse instrumentation and engineered products such as agricultural and safety-related valves and equipment for propane and anhydrous ammonia applications.
Responsible for the design, development and testing of new products.
Responsible for the sustaining of legacy products.
Responsible for drawings and bills of materials for new products, product failure analysis, consolidation and cost improvement.
Responsible for engaging in product beta testing and analysis/evaluation, consolidation and cost improvement.
Analyze product failure data and laboratory test results to determine causes of problems and develop solutions.
Conduct tests on raw materials or finished products to ensure their quality.
Design the testing or control of processing procedures.
Responsible for providing technical support for product implementation to manufacturing, sales and customers.
Incorporate engineering improvements into existing products.
Conduct training sessions on new material products, applications or manufacturing methods for customers and their employees.
Requirements:
Master's Degree or U.S. equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related.
Must have 2 years of Mechanical engineering experience in design and development of mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment. Must have experience with product testing, analysis, improvement, technical support and preparation of technical documentation. Must have experience with Solidworks 3D Cad software and be familiar with API, ASME specifications.
