area and is a Level II trauma facility. We have an opportunity available for an experienced Director to lead our Pulmonary Services Team.
The Director is responsible for the coordination of care rendered to patients so that seamless delivery of care and efficient and effective utilization of services is achieved. Through multidisciplinary collaboration, and in conjunction with physician partners, the Director coordinates operational planning, systems assessment and quality analysis, program development, information management and marketing. The Director is responsible for planning, directing, controlling and evaluating the activities, functions, and management of personnel of their clinical service area to ensure delivery of high quality patient care specific to the age/development needs of the patient populations across the continuum of care, using evidence based medical standards. The Director is responsible for achieving a level of shared operational management between physicians and health care services by bringing together the resources necessary to continuously improve the delivery of all services offered.
Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist as recognized by the NBRC. Must be licensed in the State of

. Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Respiratory Care along with progressively increasing responsibilities. Within those 10 years, must have a minimum of 4 years of supervisory/management experience. Must have a Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
