Highmark has an opportunity for a Building Auto Systems Engineer to join their team in Camp Hill.
This position is responsible for the uninterrupted operation and maintenance of all automated building systems. This includes environmental controls, heating and air conditioning for both data centers and general office uses, and fire, life, and safety evacuation systems. The incumbent is required to manage a preventive maintenance program for these systems, as well as perform analytical and diagnostic tests to improve equipment and system operation.
This position is responsible for providing direct assistance to the Senior Mechanical Engineer/Supervisor in the operation of Highmark's maintenance program, which supports $30 million of electrical/mechanical building systems and equipment installed in the 622,500 square foot Center Street complex. The incumbent will be also be responsible to provide support for the Supervisor, Data Center Operations and Senior Mechanical Engineer/Supervisor for the 88,000 square foot data center. The incumbent also provides for the efficient, cost effective operation and preventive maintenance of the electrical and mechanical systems.

Education/ Work Experience (indicate number of years and type(s) of experience)*:
High school education
Three (3) years of general maintenance, mechanical, electrical or supervisory experience is required.
