All parts and supply orders and inventory functions in this department.
Monitor reorder points and initiate action to replenish stock for service technicians and warehouse on parts and supplies. Ensure compliance with all established process and procedures.
Maintain all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory.
Communicate with service technicians and customers regarding routine filing procedures.
Compile and analyze data from daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Create spreadsheets, compose email, and manage databases.
Maintain paper and electronic files for all created documents.
Maintain excellent working relationship with field personnel and our customers
May be required to perform any other functions within the scope of the job as required by management .
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Outlook, Excel, Power point)
Must have excellent customer service experience in operational and administrative function
High school diploma
Must be able to work independently and make decisions
Must be detail oriented
Must possess organizational and follow up skills
Must have two years data entry experience
Must have effective written/verbal communication skills
Must be able to work well under pressure and be able to handle multiple tasks
Previous inventory experience is preferred
