Currently we are seeking a Facilities Technician to join our organization. The Facilities Technician is responsible for providing general maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and installation support for the Credit Union's facilities. Assures facility is maintained in a professional and functional manner.

Primary Duties:
  • Performs daily general maintenance duties: including repair, moving furniture, boxes, etc., setting up for special events, building checks for security.
  • Performs routine preventative maintenance (greasing equipment, oiling motors, changing belts, changing air filters, changing light bulbs, etc.).

One year to three years of similar or related experience. Associates degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school. Candidate must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs to include Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Clean driving record required.
