Telecom Solution Leadership:
Apply deep and broad technical background and knowledge of industry trends. Drive global telephony, IVR, and CTI strategies and oversee owned and rented installations. Direct global IVR trees & standard messaging. Set and supervise voice and chat recording practices. Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions for HP. Define technology needs and requirements.

Problem Management/Change Management:
Proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent the most complex problems from occurring across teams/technologies. Independently review and verify changes/solutions of high complexity and risk to meet customer and/or partner/Global Telecom infrastructure needs. Lead or participate in Change Advisory Boards or Technical Advisory Boards. Provide input to security policies. Approve patch and security changes.

Project Management:
Participate, propose, and/or lead exceptionally complex telecom-related projects, including transformation, across technology partner and/or internal businesses/end user's areas. Provide review/advice to other projects inside/outside responsibility areas.

Customer Relationship Management:
Analyze partner and/or internal business telecom-related infrastructure and information system needs with objective of helping to construct and deliver service solutions to satisfy those needs. Conduct telecom solution performance, usability, and UAT studies.

Lead or work as part of a team, which may be virtual, global, and/or multifunctional, and addressing telecom-related issues. Act as a trusted advisor to internal businesses and partners. Mentor/consult with team members, other organizations, customers, and partners on the most complex issues.


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in related field preferred.
  • Advanced-level certifications in work field desired.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Master-level experience in one or more telecom technology areas
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Evidence of strong project management experience
  • Ability to influencing others across regional, global, partner teams
  • Business analysis and general financial management skills

Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution
