A well known manufacturing company based in Houston, with four satellite offices based throughout Texas.

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for an immediate permanent position to manage professional day-to-day needs for the Managing Partner.

General Administrative duties include: answering telephones, scheduling meetings, filing,
organizing and scheduling of engineering tasks, coordination of project bid, sales, marketing and production duties.


Minimum two years' experience as Administrative Assistant
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Skilled in multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing
Proactive with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Energetic, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate competence to handle a variety of activities with attention to detail and quality, with the ability to follow through
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
The ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality
