This position is responsible for gathering and translating requests and implementing customer-centric solutions with respect to Banner and related administrative systems. Responsibilities include: providing customer-centric support to assigned offices and/or to assigned specific processes, and/or to assigned interfaces with 3rd party vendors or technology partners; delivering end-user driven solutions using the appropriate software technology; understanding University business processes with respect to Banner and related systems; translating end-user driven solution requirements into technical specifications in coordination with IT change management process; communicating time estimates, level-of-effort estimates, and level of complexity; keeping abreast of related technology advances and trends.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required or minimum of 5 years' experience in higher education; must have excellent interpersonal and communication, both oral and written, skills; must have ability to simplify complex technology concepts and to plan, prioritize and seamlessly integrate moving parts to deploy successful solutions; must have Knowledge of SQL; must have work management skills related to managing multiple tasks, prioritization, developing testing plans, and teamwork; prefer experience with Banner and Enterprise reporting in higher education, particularly Argos experience, and operation of student service functional office.
