Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). We perform pre-employment tests. Interest in working in a highly customer-focused direct sales environment a must! Sales experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates that possess the following skills: Strong communication, organization, interpersonal (must love talking with people), and follow up. Professional demeanor, a positive attitude, love for the outdoors - this isn't an office job. A majority of your time will be spent outside meeting with homeowners.
