Power Wellness is currently accepting resumes for the following Management Opportunities across the country:

FITNESS MANAGER:
Oversee the daily operations of all fitness-related services. Ensure appropriate programming, staffing, supplies and customer service is delivered to members. Individual must be a healthy role model for all fitness staff and members. Provide excellent organizational and time management skills. Individual should be a team player with the commitment to be flexible and accommodating to the hours we serve our members.

Requirements include but are not limited to:
BS or equivalent experience in Exercise Science or related science required; Masters Degree or equivalent experience in exercise physiology preferred
CPR certification, ACSM Health Fitness Instructor and ACLS training preferred

MEMBERSHIP SALES MANAGER:
Oversee and supervise the daily activities of the sales associates as designated. Responsible for acquiring new memberships, through sound marketing skills. Support and back-up service desk associates as needed. Oversee all aspects of training sales associates on job related functions via regular staff meetings and/or training sessions. Maintain accountability for each work shift, including the delegation of duties and control of daily workload for the staff and attend Management meetings. Individual should be a team player with the commitment to be flexible and accommodating to the hours we serve our members.

Requirements include but are not limited to:
Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Sales and Marketing or related science
A minimum of 3 years experience in a sales field
2-3 years of management experience preferred

MEMBER SERVICES MANAGER:
Provide leadership in the delivery of excellent customer service to all prospects, members and guests within the facility. In the absence of the Executive Director, assist with daily center operations. Develop and implement policies and procedures consistent with organizational goals which enhance member retention. Provide direction and oversight to the member service staff, membership sales staff. Use of excellent customer service skills, experience with conflict resolution and managing others. Proficiency in all software programming including, but not limited to, Check free and Bookings Plus is necessary. Work Manager on Duty shifts as assigned. Individual should be a team player with the commitment to be flexible and accommodating to the hours we serve our members.

Requirements include but are not limited to:
Bachelor degree in business, marketing/sales and/or health care related field; Master degree preferred
2-4 years experience of management experience
Current CPR and AED certification
