Process Vacant Property Registration, Renewal, and De-Registration forms for assigned client(s) in a thorough and timely manner.
Tasks may include doing research and problem solving.
Must be able to identify and apply appropriate actions / decisions to properties based on the individual asset status and/or circumstance.
Ensure excellent customer service by responding to inquiries received from clients and peers with regard to specific property status.
Initiates/triggers follow-up to ensure timely handling of VPR documentation.
Maintain up to date knowledge of company products and services
Utilizes call scripting tools to determine reason and response options that best fit industry related situations
Refer at-risk or liability claim inquiries to appropriate staff members.
Exhibits familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures.
Initially seeks out guidance and clarification on handling new issues; retains this information to apply and respond to similar situations going forward.
Refers / escalates issues appropriately.
Minimum of Associates degree or 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Mortgage banking and/or default servicing experience preferred
Working understanding of foreclosure process
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of organizational, problem solving, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are a must
