This position is located in the Office of Administrative Liaison, Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR/AL). The incumbent of this position serves as deputy to the Office Director of the Office of Administrative Liaison. As the GS-14 Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating program planning, implementation, control, and direction of highly sensitive and specialized personnel and reimbursement programs on a worldwide basis. The incumbent performs a key role in coordinating with and advising Department and Intelligence Community officials regarding these programs. The incumbent serves as senior office supervisor of a staff of administrative personnel under the direction of the INR/AL Office Director.
The incumbent of this position must be able to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

- Serves as the senior office supervisor of a staff of administrative personnel under the direction of the INR/AL Office Director.
- Manages and executes Intelligence Community (IC) projects and programs relating to specialized personnel, financial management, and administrative support arrangements.
- Attends interagency meetings on behalf of the Department regarding liaison activities with the Intelligence Community.
- Tracks the Intelligence Community's programs and budgets in order to assist the Department with advance planning on personnel levels, requirements and missions overseas.
- Provides analysis of overseas staffing trends to Department principals and other agencies as needed.
- Provides data management and information systems expertise concerning data element tracking across Department information systems, programs, and applications, and those of other US Government agencies.
- Participates and contributes to Department and US Government working groups pertaining to data management and data integrity.

Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

- Experience leading and/or supervising a work unit or team
