Reliability/Plant Engineer II or III Printpack Inc -

Printpack is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Reliability/Plant Engineer II, or III to support a high-tech plastic container manufacturing operation. Two facilities, located in the Newport News/Williamsburg area of VA produce plastic containers composed of multiple layers of plastic. This position reports to the Division Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities:
Champion the reliability improvement process of the division
Support of a 24/7 Co-extrusion and Thermoforming operation
Project work aimed at improving quality, reducing waste, and improving productivity through equipment, controls, and design improvements
Assist maintenance in mechanical trouble shooting
Work with Corporate Engineering on new equipment installations
Facilitate professional and personal development of 2 direct reports
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
5 years of experience with equipment reliability and preventative maintenance concepts
