Assist the Waterleaf Restaurant and catered events in the Culinary and Hospitality Center (CHC).
DUTIES OF POSITION:
1. Assist Wait Staff and Bussers in serving customers.
2. Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Help clean tables and service equipment including silver service as directed by supervisor.
4. Help bus tables at assigned stations.
5. Other duties as assigned.

THIS IS A STUDENT JOB.
High school degree or equivalent.
Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall/Spring semester or 1 credit hour for Summer semester.
Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above.
If a first semester student, GPA requirement is waived.
Current students enrolled in Hospitality Management or Culinary programs.
General knowledge of food industry.
Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with customers, supervisors, chefs, staff and students. Familiarity with food sanitation. Neat and clean grooming and hygiene.
EQUIPMENT AND/OR MACHINES USED:
Work a flexible schedule including weekends, wear appropriate uniform as required by supervisor.
This student position may require taking one or more of the following test(s) at the college expense.
Offer of employment will be contingent upon completion and satisfactory results of the test(s) mentioned above.
