As a business analyst and project lead, this person will lead requirements gathering sessions and create appropriate system requirements documentation. In addition, this person will be the primary liaison with our clients. To be successful, a candidate must be a great communicator, organizer, and task manager with the inner drive to ensure the success of each client engagement team they work on. You will work directly with the company leadership team.

  • Independently drives the process of translating business needs into system
  • Leads, facilitates, and documents interactive system requirement and design
    sessions to capture business rules, workflow, project goals, and project
  • Acts as a liaison between the client business unit and the technical
    development team
  • Analyzes current operational procedures, identifies problems and recommends
  • Writes detailed descriptions of user needs and system functions, in addition
    to preparing charts and diagrams to describe workflow
  • Prepares workflow charts and diagrams to clearly define business processes
    and system requirements
  • Leads client and development team status meetings
  • Assists with testing and managing system defect remediation and enhancement
    implementation processes
Key Skills
  • Consulting experience and SharePoint experience strongly preferred
  • Practical knowledge of custom application development and IT systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expresses complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in
    writing to business and IT executives
  • Maintains awareness of business objectives and goals
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Works independently with limited supervision, coordinating projects to
  • Leadership and experience supervising team members


  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Administration or combination of a bachelor’s degree in other disciplines with relevant work experience 3.5 GPA or higher
  • 5+ years of professional experience working in a Business Analyst role
